Thanks, operator. Good morning, everyone and thanks for joining us today for Chemtrade Logistics Income Fund’s earnings conference call for the third quarter of 2024.
Joining me on this call this morning is Chemtrade’s President and CEO, Scott Rook. Our agenda for today’s call will cover highlights in the third quarter, including Chemtrade’s financial performance as well as our capital allocation and balance sheet management. I will also provide an update on our 2024 guidance after which Scott will walk you through updates on the outlook for our key products and our organic growth initiatives.
