“Dancing With the Stars” fans are hoping that Dylan Efron joins the new season of the show. Following the “Traitors” finale that aired on Peacock on Thursday, March 6, a new Reddit thread suggesting Efron’s casting was created.
Throughout the season, Efron charmed viewers with his sincerity and kindness. His looks didn’t hurt either. Fans really fell in love with him and many hope that he continues on his reality television show journey — specifically with “Dancing With the Stars.”
Efron is the younger brother of well-known actor, Zac Efron.
Fans Would Love to See Dylan Efron on the Show & Many Think Britt Stewart Would Be a Great Match for Him
If “Dancing With the Stars” fans get their way, Efron could be a total ringer for ballroom pro Britt Stewart.
“I think it’s very possible!! Outside of Gabby, I think he got the most attention this season,” one person wrote.
“I think Dylan would be a good choice from the cast,” another Redditor said, adding, “I’d love to see Dylan on tv again, especially DWTS. I picture him with Britt.
“If he were on I’d like to see him with Britt because one: she deserves a good partner and two: there’s the high school musical connection lol,” a third comment read.
“The only answer for who he should be partnered up with is Britt,” someone else shared.
Britt Stewart Previously Said She’d Love to Have Zac Efron as Her Partner
Interestingly, Stewart has said that the other Efron brother would be a dream partner for her on the show.
“I’ve always said if I’m dreaming really big Justin Timberlake or Zac Efron,” Stewart told EntertainmentNOW (formerly Heavy) exclusively in 2023. Stewart worked with Zac Efron on “High School Musical.”
“Now, I would love to have Ross Lynch as a partner. First of all, he’s an amazing dancer and his brother Riker Lynch was on DWTS years ago. But I also know Ross from childhood. We both grew up in Colorado and we were in ‘Teen Beach Movie’ together. Having him as a partner would be like a reunion and an amazing opportunity to choreograph and dance with him again,” Stewart added.
Stewart first joined “Dancing With the Stars” as a troupe member on season 23. She was brought on as a pro on season 29. She has never won a Mirrorball Trophy.
