NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Eli Manning revealed Wednesday that he had taken the subway for the first time—two decades after he joined the New York Giants, leaving many fans stunned.
“First time riding the subway!” the Super Bowl-winning quarterback, 43, posted to social media Wednesday night, along with a selfie on a 6-line platform in Manhattan.
Manning’s eye-popping admission caught many by surprise, as he played with the New Jersey-based Giants for 16 seasons and has lived in the New York area for years.
Reactions to his X post ranged from “No way” to “Wtf?” and “For real?”
