With Super Bowl LIX in the books, it’s time to look ahead at the NFL odds for Super Bowl LX, using odds from the BetMGM online sportsbook.
After demolishing the Kansas City Chiefs, the Philadelphia Eagles open with the best odds of winning next year’s Super Bowl.
Let’s examine the odds for each team ahead of Super Bowl LX and assess their current position with the 2024 season in the books.
Philadelphia Eagles (+650)
There’s no surprise that the Eagles are atop the odds coming off a crushing win in Super Bowl LIX.
They have some significant pieces hitting free agency they’ll need to address, like Zack Baun, Milton Williams, Josh Sweat, Mekhi Becton, Avonte Maddox, and a retiree in Brandon Graham.
Baltimore Ravens (+700)
The Ravens continue to win, and quarterback Lamar Jackson always has jaw-dropping statistics. However, he’s 3-5 in the postseason, and Baltimore needs to add some additional pieces to the offensive line, secondary, and potentially the receiving corps.
Josh Allen is coming off a league MVP award, but there’s no denying he needs more wide receiver help. As for the defence, they must improve their secondary, as they finished ninth in passing yards allowed per game.
Kansas City Chiefs (+750)
After Super Bowl LIX, it’s clear the Chiefs need to add pass-rushing help, as moving an All-Pro-level left guard, Joe Thuney, to left tackle simply isn’t going to get it done. The Chiefs did just enough to win many close games, but they also need to make this a more explosive offence in 2025.
The Lions were bereft of defensive talent by the time the post-season came, allowing 45 points to the Washington Commanders. The Lions have numerous questions to answer in 2025, including adding more defensive talent and replacing several assistant coaches, headlined by defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn and offensive coordinator Ben Johnson.
San Francisco 49ers (+1400)
The 49ers had their worst season since 2020 and could be without WR Deebo Samuel next season, as the team has permitted him to seek a trade. If he leaves, this could change their draft plans as they could look to replace him while trying to find ways to upgrade the offensive and defensive lines.
Cincinnati Bengals (+1800)
The Bengals fired defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo and will likely say goodbye to WR Tee Higgins. If Cincinnati can improve the defence and the offensive line to help protect QB Joe Burrow, who’s coming off a 43-touchdown season and Comeback Player of the Year award, the Bengals will be in the mix for Super Bowl LX.
Washington Commanders (+2000)
The Commanders are in an excellent spot heading into next season with Offensive Rookie of the Year recipient Jayden Daniels. They have a bunch of cap space and are my early favourite to land Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett via trade, instantly making them a favourite in the weaker of the two conferences.
Green Bay Packers (+2000)
The Packers are a fine team, but they could stand to add more talent at receiver and especially at cornerback, with Jaire Alexander’s day on the team likely numbered. QB Jordan Love got better as the season went on before throwing three interceptions in the wild-card round, but I’d like to see more consistency from him in his third year starting.
Houston Texans (+2500)
The Texans squad ran out of gas with injuries to the receiver position and the offensive line unable to hold up. QB C.J. Stroud took a step back, but he could benefit in 2025 with a new offensive coordinator in Nick Caley.
Los Angeles Chargers (+2500)
The Chargers were dreadful in their wild-card loss, with QB Justin Herbert throwing four interceptions. This off-season, they need to get more weapons for him and upgrade their pass rush with Joey Bosa, who is a potential cap casualty.
The Rams have a lot of questions to answer this off-season. They’re trading away wide receiver Cooper Kupp, left tackle Alaric Jackson is set to hit free agency and QB Matthew Stafford’s status with the team is being questioned. If Stafford leaves, these odds will fall even more, but this team could lean toward a potential rebuild.
Minnesota Vikings (+3500)
The Vikings exceeded regular-season expectations but failed in the playoffs, losing to the Rams. They will likely say goodbye to QB Sam Darnold and turn things over to J.J. McCarthy, who will play in his pseudo-rookie season.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+3500)
WR Chris Godwin could be on his way out, and QB Baker Mayfield will have to deal with a new offensive coordinator, Josh Grizzard, who was the team’s passing game coordinator last season. I’d like to see them improve their pass rush and address the linebacker position with Lavonte David potentially retiring.
The hype around the Bears was reinvigorated when Ben Johnson was named head coach. We’ll see how he meshes with the talented Caleb Williams while trying to build something that resembles an NFL-level offensive line.
The Broncos exceeded expectations despite the massive cap hit from letting go of Russell Wilson as they made the playoffs. They have the Defensive Player of the Year, Patrick Surtain II, and now it’s time to add more weapons for QB Bo Nix.
The Dolphins will always have some appeal, with QB Tua Tagovailoa, running back De’Von Achane, and WR Tyreek Hill confirming he’ll be back. This off-season sounds like a broken record, but they need to upgrade this offensive line, something they just haven’t figured out yet.
The Michael Penix Jr. era begins now as the Falcons will likely get rid of Kirk Cousins. Atlanta’s pass rush improved as the season went on, but with how bad they were for most of the season, this is a massive area of need.
The Seahawks interior offensive line needs upgrades, and they could also use more pass-rushing talent. The Seahawks have brought in offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak, who will look to keep this passing attack on track while limiting QB Geno Smith’s turnovers.
Arizona Cardinals (+6600)
The Cardinals took a massive step forward in Jonathan Gannon’s second season, but there are still plenty of needs. It’s not a great place to be when both trenches need to be seriously upgraded, but if they can address that, they’ll be competitive in the NFC West.
The Cowboys have a new head coach in Brian Schottenheimer, who has been with the team since 2022. Still, they’ll need to add more offensive weapons, especially in the backfield and at pass rusher, with DeMarcus Lawrence hitting free agency.
Pittsburgh Steelers (+8000)
It’s unclear who the Steelers QB in 2025 will be: Wilson, Justin Fields, or hey, maybe even Aaron Rodgers. After figuring that out, they’ll need to get their QB more weapons to go along with George Pickens.
Indianapolis Colts (+10000)
The Colts fell apart throughout the season, with the headlines around QB Anthony Richardson taking himself out of a game and simply not having it as a passer.
If Richardson works on his mechanics, gets help via offensive weapons, and the defence is more aggressive, the Colts may finally win the AFC South, their first division title since 2014.
Jacksonville Jaguars (+10000)
The Jaguars hired Liam Coen as their head coach, the next up-and-coming ‘QB whisperer’ who came over from the Buccaneers. The Jaguars need Trevor Lawrence to play up to his first-overall pick status and add a blue chip player with the 2025 No. 5 pick, whether that’s Travis Hunter, Mason Graham, Will Campbell or someone else.
While not confirmed, there are reports that the Jets are moving on from QB Aaron Rodgers and likely WR Davante Adams. Aaron Glenn is the new head coach, but we need to figure out who’s playing QB for them next season — be it Cousins, Darnold, Wilson, Fields, Jameis Winston, or potentially taking a QB in the 2025 NFL Draft.
New England Patriots (+12500)
The Patriots brought in Mike Vrabel as head coach to help turn the culture around after one year of Jerod Mayo. They have an excellent young QB, but this team needs a lot of help at almost every other position on the field.
Carolina Panthers (+15000)
The Panthers finally saw flashes of what could be a franchise QB with Bryce Young’s play post-benching. Now, they’ll need to maintain their offence while rebuilding an entire defence.
Cleveland Browns (+15000)
Garrett has asked for a trade, which will leave them without the face of the franchise. They have an excellent head coach, but the team is in shambles as long as Deshaun Watson’s contract is on the books.
Las Vegas Raiders (+15000)
It seems that Tom Brady has a hand in helping to rebuild the Raiders. They’ve brought in Pete Carroll as head coach, but the team will need to overhaul the offence, starting at the QB position — perhaps Shedeur Sanders? — after dealing with Gardner Minshew, Aidan O’Connell, and Desmond Ridder in 2024.
New Orleans Saints (+15000)
The Saints head into the off-season $54 million over the cap. They’ll need to make plenty of changes and bring in a head coach willing to potentially “be the guy before the next guy” as they navigate what could be back-to-back top-five-worthy seasons.
Tennessee Titans (+20000)
Drafting No. 1 overall, the Titans, with Brian Callahan in his second season as head coach and new general manager Mike Borgonzi, will likely look to Cam Ward as their franchise QB. This team needs to address the trenches and, let’s be honest — temper expectations after having selected first at the 2025 NFL Draft.
New York Giants (+30000)
The Giants are drafting No. 3 overall and will likely land the second QB. Despite that, they have a poor offensive line and a lack of secondary talent — something a rookie QB cannot fix.
