With Halloween just one day away, some people are scrambling for last-minute costume ideas.
Others planned ahead, with Google Trends highlighting the most popular Halloween costume searches for 2024 through its website “Frightgeist.”
Topping the list is “Shrunken Head Bob” from the new movie “Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice,” followed by Rachel Gunn, the Australian breakdancer known as Raygun, who gained fame during the Summer Olympics.
The character “Catnap” from the video game “Poppy Playtime” takes the third spot, while “Delores” from “Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice” ranks fourth.
“Pomni,” a character from the animated web series “The amazing Digital Circus” holds the fifth position, with “Envy” from the animated movie “Inside Out” at sixth.
Rounding out the top 10 are “Red,” “Dr. Doom,” “Sabrina Carpenter,” and “Lady Deadpool.”
The list goes up to 25, with other popular costume searches including “Wolverine,” “Gambit,” the yellow characters from the popular “Minions” franchise, as well as Delia Deetz and Lydia Deetz, who are also characters from “Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice.”
