Along with a new Twins lineup, fans will find all kinds of unique food items, including a sandwich sporting SPAM. Seriously.
MINNEAPOLIS — The smell of spring and SPAM is in the air at Target Field.
Yep… you heard us. SPAM.
The Twins introduced the ballclub’s annual list of new food offerings for baseball fans this season. Along with a sandwich made from Minnesota’s most celebrated mystery meat, the menu includes items from iconic restaurants and vendors. Among them:
- Lord Fletcher’s Walleye Tacos – freshly seasoned walleye topped with napa cilantro slaw in tequila vinaigrette and Baja sauce
- Grilled Spam Sandwich from Truly on Deck – seared Spam patty, caramelized onions, bacon on a toasted onion bun
- Chopped Southwest Burger from Truly on Deck – chopped beef patty, chorizo, jalapeno aioli, lettuce, tomato, onion, pepperjack cheese, queso fresco on a hoagie roll
- Sweet & Sour Fried Pork from Vinai (Section 223) – crispy fried pork butt tossed in Vinai sweet & sour sauce served on a fresh cabbage slaw with fresh cucumbers and pickled carrots
- Taco Libre (Section 103) – Minnesota’s newest destination for authentic Mexican cuisine, debuts at Target Field with two offerings: The Machete – an 18” corn masa quesadilla with your choice of steak or chicken, lettuce, sour cream and shredded cheese, and The Rice Bowl – with your choice of steak or chicken and served with rice, pinto beans, pico de gallo, sour cream and queso fresco.
- Pizza Lucé, (Section 234) – The Twin Cities staple and fan favorite will offer a Dugout Dill Pickle Pizza exclusively at Target Field to start the season.
- Niko Niko Boba (Section 107) – Promising Big Straws, Bigger Smiles,” Niko Niko Boba will offer several boba tea flavors, including Hawaiian Fruit Tea, Signature Milk Tea, and Strawberry Lemon Spritz.
- Hrbek’s Pork Tenderloin Sandwich (Section 114) – Crispy pork cutlet on a fresh bakery roll with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and ranch aioli.
“We’re excited to welcome back Twins fans with a full lineup of new food and beverage options for the 2025 season, featuring, as always, an array of local partners,” said Pete Spike, Delaware North’s general manager at Target Field. “With everything from walleye tacos to refreshing boba teas, we’ll have something for everyone as they cheer on the Twins.”
For those who don’t lean toward the fancy, the Twins’ popular Family Value Stands (sections 120, 133 and 311) will return for the 2025 season, offering a menu of iconic ballpark staples with all food items priced under $5.
And if volume is your thing, Legends Landing (Sections S, T, U and V) offers fans an all-you-can-eat ballpark fare experience included in the ticket price.
