On the seventh day of the Ganesh festival, try out this Dry Fruit Gulkand Chocolate Truffles recipe by digital creator Neelam Agarwal (@neelamscookingdiaries).
¾ cup desiccated coconut 1/2 cup ground almonds 1/2 cup ground cashews Ghee Gulkand Condensed milk Saffron milk Cardamom powder Melted chocolate
1. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp ghee. 2. Add desiccated coconut and ground dry fruits to it. 3. Roast it for 5 to 6 mins and transfer it to a bowl.
4. Add 2 tbsp of gulkand and 2 tbsp of condensed milk to the bowl. 5. Then, add 2 to 3 tbsp of saffron-infused milk and 1/4th tsp of cardamom powder to it and bring it all together.
6. Roll out small ladoos from the entire batter.
7. Dunk the ladoos in melted chocolate and coat it well. 8. Garnish with pistachios.
