What You Need

Oil, Onion, Chicken, Black pepper, Cumin, Cinnamon, Green Cardamom, Clove, Bay leaf, Star anise, Green chilli, Ginger garlic paste, Salt, Dahi, Water, Rice, Fennel, Mace, Lemon, Rice, Nutmeg, food colouring, ghee.

Heat oil in a pan; add onion and saute.

Step 1

Add chicken, black pepper, cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, bay leaf, and star anise. Let it cook.

Add green chilli, ginger garlic paste, salt, and curd. Add water and let it simmer.

Make a powder of Mace, fennel and nutmeg and add the powder.

Add cut lemons and parboiled rice to the mixture.
