2.5 cups of roasted seviyan 1/2 cup of curd 1/4 cup of coriander 1.5 tsp of grated ginger 2 green chillies Salt as per taste 1 tsp of pepper For the tempering : 1 tbsp of oil 1.5 tsp of urad dal 1 tsp of mustard seeds 1/2 tsp of haldi Pinch of hing 8/9 curry leaves

Add broken seviyan, curd, coriander, grated ginger, chopped green chillies, salt and pepper into a bowl and mix well.

Then make a tempering of urad dal, mustard seeds, hing, haldi and curry leaves.

Add the tadka to the curd-seviyan mixture. And let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.

Grease the idli steamer and pour the batter into it. Let it steam for 7 to 8 minutes.
