Fory curry leaves mixture 3-4 dry red chillies 1/4 cup coriander seeds 2 green cardamom Small cinnamon stick 1 mace 2-3 cloves 4-5 garlic clovess with peel 1 tsp of cumin seeds 1/2 tsp of pepper Handful curry leaves Others 1 tbsp of oil 1/4 cup of cashews 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds 1 dry red chillies, broken 1 tbsp of ginger, finely chopped 1 big onion, finely chopped 2-3 fresh red chillies, cut into half 1 cup of paneer, cut into cubes 1 sprig curry leaves Juice from 1 lemon Salt, to taste

First dry roast the curry leaves and the spices mentioned and then grind into a coarse powder. Keep this aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Then, add cashews and fry until they are golden brown. Take them out.

Take the pan and add dry red chillies, cumin seeds and ginger and cook the ingredients for a few seconds. Add the chopped onion and cook until the onions are lightly browned.

Pour the curry leaves mixture into the pan and mix well for 1 to 2 minutes. Then, add water and paneer and mix well.

Then, add the lemon juice, salt, roasted cashews, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes till the paneer is coated with masala. Enjoy the dish hot.
