Celebrate the festive season by making mouth-watering Mushroom Galouti Tacos at home. Chef Saransh Goila and Chef Ranveer Brar shared the recipe for this unique preparation.

• 800g chopped mushrooms • 3 black cardamom • 6 green cardamom • 1 cinnamon stick • 2 tsp coriander seeds • 1 tsp stone flower • 1 mace • 3 tsp black peppercorns • 1 tbsp dried red petals • 1/2 inch paan ki jad • A handful of khus ki jad • 1 1/2 tbsp ghee • 1 tsp shahi jeera • 1/4 cup fried onions • 25 to 30 blanched cashews • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste • 2 tsp red chilli powder • 2 tbsp roasted besan • Ghee

• 200g Greek yoghurt • A handful of chopped fresh mint • 1 tbsp fried garlic • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts • 1 chopped green chilli • Pickled onion • Coriander sprig

• Dry roast black cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, coriander seeds, stone flower, mace, black peppercorns, dried red petals, paan ki jad, and khus ki jad till fragrant. Use a mixer grinder to blend all ingredients into a powder and galouti masala is ready.

• Next, heat ghee in a pan, saute shahi jeera, and fry mushrooms, fried onions, blanched cashews, and ginger garlic paste. Cook till the water evaporates completely. Add homemade galouti masala and red chilli powder and mix nicely.

• Blend cooked mushrooms to a smooth paste and let it cool down. Next, add roasted besan and keep the mixture ready.

• Add gree to a pan and shallow fry galouti kebabs till they turn perfectly golden.

• Take a bowl and mix Greek yoghurt with chopped mint, fried garlic, chopped walnut, and green chilli and walnut dip is ready.

• In the last step, layer each mini green garlic paratha with a mushroom galouti, walnut dip, pickled onion, and coriander sprig.
