2-3 leftover rotis (phulka) 1 cup of finely chopped veggies of your choice 2 tbsp of curd 1/2 of tbsp turmeric powder,red chilli powder Salt 1 tbsp of ghee 1/2 of tbsp mustard seeds,cumin seeds and sesame seeds 1/2 of tbsp turmeric powder and red chilli powder 2 of tbsp water

First, roast the rotis over a kadai till they crisp. Then, add the rotis to a blender and blend it to a coarse powder.

Then, mix the finely chopped mixed veggies with the roti powder, add curd and mix together to form a dough.
