Kurmura Hing 4-5 curry leaves Peanuts Oil 1 onion 1-2 green chillies Salt Turmeric Water Coriander leaves Lemon Sugar/Jaggery
1. Take some oil in a pan and add a pinch of hing to it. 2. Add 4-5 curry leaves and a handful of peanuts to it and let them roast.
3. Add chopped onions, 1-2 green chillies, and a pinch of turmeric. 4. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Soak the kurmura in water and take it out immediately.
6. Now, add the soaked kurmura to the pan along with some chopped coriander and mix it well.
7. Finally, add salt to taste and squeeze in some lemon juice. 8. Add a dash of jaggery on top.
