Here’s How I Made Thin Crust Wheat Pizza From Scratch At Home

Thin Crust Wheat Pizza At Home

As daunting and intimidating as it may sound, making the pizza was fairly simple. The major work, however, did go into the preparations. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how you can also make it at home.

The dough for this is made with wheat flour, warm water, yeast, salt and sugar. Once they’re mixed, they are then kneaded together.

Step 1

Make the sauce by cooking up blended boiled tomatoes, oregano, black pepper, salt, basil, and red chilli flakes.

Step 2

Once you’ve kept the dough aside for 5-6 hours, you can preheat the oven to 220 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 3

Using a rolling pin, flatten out the dough according to the thickness required.

Step 4

Once you’ve achieved the desired thickness, spread out the sauce and put some toppings and cheese.

Step 5

Place your pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 20-30 minutes.

Step 6

Take your pizza out and let it rest on a cooling rack for a minute or two, and then serve it to your guests.
