I Made Wheat Pizza Base And Here’s How It Went

Wheat Base Pizza

An excellent alternative for those seeking healthier option, here’s how I made the wheat pizza base from scratch.

Using just a few ingredients, it requires activated yeast, warm water, wheat, salt and sugar.

Ingredients

Activate yeast in warm water by adding some sugar and a teaspoon of yeast.

Step 1

In a utensil of your choice add some wheat and salt and mix till its incorporated.

Step 2

Now combine the bloomed yeast with the dry ingredients to start kneading.

Step 3

Now you must knead your dough is ready, you must knead it more for 20 minutes, or until it’s perfectly stretchy.

Step 4

Add olive oil to a bowl and add the dough to it before you cover it with a cling wrap.

Step 5

Leave this aside for a while, the longer you wait, the better. But I left it aside for 4 hours and it was not bad either.
