- 1 cup of sprouted black chana (soaked) - 3-4 green chilies - 7-8 garlic cloves - Small piece of ginger - 1/2 cup of chopped carrot -1/2 cupof chopped capsicum -1/2 cup of chopped onion - Fresh coriander, chopped -2 tbsp of besan (gram flour) - optional -Salt to taste -1/2 tsp of coriander powder - 1/2 tsp of cumin powder -1/2 tsp of garam masala powder -1/4 tsp of turmeric powder - Oil for cooking -Sesame seeds for sprinkling

First, soak the black chana in water for at least 8 hours.

First, blend the sprouted black chana, ginger, garlic, water and green chillies into a smooth batter.

Then, pour the batter in a bowl and added the chopped veggies and the spice powders.

Then grease the pan with oil, then on medium heat, flatten the batter and make chilla.

Next, sprinkle sesame seeds and cook until its golden brown on both sides. Your High-Protein Sprouts Chilla is ready.
