Chef Saloni Kukreja shared a delicious PB&J Yoghurt Bowl recipe that's perfect to satisfy your last minute cravings.
•1/2 Cup of Greek Yogurt •1-2 Tbsp of Honey •2 Tbsp of Peanut Butter •3-4 Tbsp of Strawberry Compote •1/4 Cup of chocolate •2 tsps of Coconut Oil •Roasted Peanuts •Sea salt
In a bowl, add Greek Yoghurt and level it out using a spoon.
Then, add honey, vanilla essence and peanut butter into the bowl filled with yoghurt and give it a good mix.
Next, add a spoonful of strawberry compote/ jam/ sauce into the bowl. And freeze it for 10-15 minutes.
Take it out of the freezer and pour melted chocolate over the yoghurt to form a chocolate disk. Prepare the thin layer of melted chocolate with little oil.
Finish the PB&J Yoghurt Bowl with roasted peanuts and sea salt.
