-4-5 garlic cloves finely chopped -onion finely chopped - 1.5 cup veggies of choice (finely chopped) - salt to taste -1 tsp red chilli powder -1/4 tsp turmeric - 1/2 tsp jeera powder -1/2 tsp coriander powder -1/4 tsp garam masala -1/2 tsp amchoor powder -150 g paneer - 1 tbsp of oil - 16 rice paper rolls (Makes 8)

In a pan, saute chopped onions, garlic and other finely chopped veggies in oil.

Add the crumbled paneer, salt and other spice powders and mix it well.

Then, dip the rice papers in water. And then add the paneer filling to the rice paper.

Then, fold the rice paper roll to form little pockets. Fold it again in another rice paper roll.
