Take a clay pot and add water and cooked rice to it. Let these ferment overnight.

Here's The Recipe

Next morning, transfer fermented rice and water to a bowl and add a tadka to it. You can temper oil with curry leaves, mustard seeds, garlic, and turmeric powder for tadka.
