Content creator Raman (@cook_with_rkr) shared an easy recipe to make restaurant-style Masala Laccha Pyaaz at home and it’s a must-try recipe!
7-8 onions Water Ice Kashmiri red chilli powder Chaat masala Black salt Salt 2-3 pcs green chillies Lemon Mustard oil Fresh coriander

1. Cut the onions into thin slices. 2. Soak them in ice water for some time.
3. Now, drain the water and place the onions in a big bowl. 4. After that, add 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp black salt, 2-3 green chillies, some mustard oil, and salt to taste.
5. Squeeze in some fresh lemon juice and coriander in it as well 6. Mix it well.
And that’s it, your Masala Laccha Pyaaz is ready to be served and enjoyed!
