Ingredients 

- 1 cup of besan -50g of urad dal -1/2 tsp of baking soda -1/2 tsp of salt -1 tbsp of oil -1/4 cup of water -2 tsp of chaat masala -1 tsp of chilli powder

Step 1 

Take roasted urad dal and blend into a powder.

Make a stiff dough with the roasted urad dal powder, besan, oil, salt and water.

Use a pestle to knead the stiff dough and cut it into small pieces.

Roll the dough into rotis and cut it into squares or triangle using a pizza cutter.

Deep fry them in hot oil and you will see them quickly fluff up and rise to the top.
