400g Konafa 2 Spoons of Melted Chocolate 1/2 Cup butter 1tbsp honey 1 cup pistachio butter 2tbsp pistachio bits 1 cup 35%cream 250g mascarpone cheese, cream cheese 400g melted white chocolate 1/2tbsp vanilla extract

Shred the konafa into small pieces and mix it with melted butter and honey.
Toast it till golden brown in a hot pan.

Add pistachio butter and bits to the konafa mixture.

Take melted chocolate on a flat pan and start with first layer.
Spread the konafa mixture on top of the chocolate layer and freeze it for 10 mins.

Meanwhile, get the cheese mixture ready by adding all the cheese mentioned in the list and mix well.

Finally add the creamy layer of cheese over the cold konafa and top it up with melted dark chocolate and decorate like Dubai chocolate if you want.
