1 tbsp Butter 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp Besan 2 medium sized Onion 2 tomatoes 2 chopped green chillies 1/4 tsp of Haldi powder 1/2 tsp of coriander powder 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder 1/4 tsp of degi laal mirch powder 200g of crumbled paneer. 2-3 tbsp of cream Kasuri Methi Slices of White Bread Mint Chutney

First, heat a little oil, butter in a pan. Then, saute besan in it. Later, add chopped onions and let it caramelise.

Then, add the chopped tomatoes, green chillies, salt and the spice powders. And mix well. Add a little hot water and let it cook.

Add the crumbled paneer and adjust the consistency of the bhurji with hot water.

Then, add a little cream and kasoori methi to elevate the flavours of the Paneer Bhurji.
