Chef Guntas' Dumpling Recipe

Ingredients 

-1 tbsp of oil -1 green onion, finely chopped -1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped -1/2 carrot, finely chopped -1 tbsp of garlic, finely chopped -1/2 tbsp of ginger, finely chopped -1 tbsp of soy sauce -1 tbsp of oyster sauce -1 tbsp of vinegar -1 tbsp of jaggery powder -spring onions -crushed peanuts -Sabudana (soaked for 2-3 hours in hot water)

Step 1 

First, soak sabudana in hot water for 2-3 hours.

Then, dry roast the peanuts and crush them using a mortar and pestle.

Step 2

Sauté the finely chopped veggies, ginger and garlic in hot oil Then, add jaggery and the assorted sauces and keep stirring till your filling is ready.

Meanwhile, strain the soaked sabudana and mash it with some salt.

Shape the sabudana mixture with your hands and add the filling.

Steam or pan fry your dumplings and finish it off with a bit of chilli oil. Your Veggie Peanut Sabudana Dumplings are reasdy!
