Chef Kunal Kapur's recipe for garlic pickle is all we need to add loads of flavours to our meals. Packed with desi aromas, it is too easy to make.

• 3/4 cup mustard oil • 2 tsp fenugreek seeds • 1 tbsp mustard seeds • 1 tbsp saunf • 2 tsp kalonji • 5 dry red chillies • A handful of curry leaves • 1 cup garlic cloves • Salt • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder • 1 tsp red chilli powder • 1/4 cup vinegar

• Heat mustard oil in a pan and fry fenugreek seeds.

• Add mustard seeds, saunf, kalonji, and dry red chillies.

• Next, add a handful of curry leaves and fresh garlic cloves.

• Sprinkle salt and toss well. Next, add turmeric powder and red chilli powder.

• In the last step, pour vinegar and mix all ingredients well.
