– 2 medium bottle gourds (dudhi) – 1 cup milk – 1 cup condensed milk – 1/2 cup sugar – 4-5 tbsp ghee – 1/2 tsp cardamom powder – Chopped almonds – Chopped pistachios
Grate 2 medium bottle gourds (dudhi) and squeeze out excess water completely.

Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan, add the grated dudhi and sauté for 8-10 minutes until soft.

Add 1 cup milk and cook on medium heat until the dudhi absorbs it fully.

Mix in 1 cup condensed milk and 1/2 cup sugar, stirring continuously.
Cook until mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan (about 15-20 minutes).

Add cardamom powder and chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios).

Cool completely and garnish with more nuts before serving.
