Chef Saransh Goila shared a recipe of drool-worthy Creamy Sitaphal Pudding and it is perfect for some festive, weekend indulgence.
2 Custard apples 1/2 cup melted ice cream 2 Bread slices 500ml Milk 2 tbsp Custard powder 4 tbsp Condensed milk Chopped nuts Rose petals

1. Scoop out two custard apples in a strainer and add a splash of water over it. 2. Then, whisk it to de-seed the fruit and get its pulp.
3. Now, add the melted ice cream to the fruit pulp and mix it well. 4. Place the mix in the fridge.
5. Meanwhile, take two bread slices, cut them into the shape of your serving dish, and set them aside.
6. Take milk in a pan and let it boil. 7. Then, add some custard powder and condensed milk to it, and mix well. 8. Cook till custard thickens.
9. Add a bread slice at the base, then soak it with some custard. 10. Next add a layer of custard apple and ice cream mix and top it with some chopped nuts. 11. Repeat and add another layer. 12. Garnish with some nuts & rose petals and let it set in the fridge for an hour.
And that’s it, your Sitaphal Pudding is ready to be served and enjoyed!
