Instagrammer @the_indian_foodies.2024 shared a drool-worthy Crispy Murmura Vada recipe. Instead of using legumes or potatoes, the creator used murmure of puffed rice to make them and here’s how you can make it at home.
Murmura Green chillies Curry leaves Ginger paste Coriander Cumin seeds Black pepper powder Salt Rice flour Yoghurt Oil
1. Soak murmura in water for some time. 2. Then, mash the softened murmura.
3. Next, add some green chillies, curry leaves, ginger paste, coriander, cumin seeds, black pepper powder, salt, rice flour, and yoghurt. 4. Mix it all together to form a dough.
5. Grease your palms with some oil and make the vadas.
6. Deep fry them until golden brown.
And your crispy Murmura Vada is ready! Serve them with sambar or chutney and enjoy!
