If you have had enough of desi Chinese, then we present to you an awesome desi Italian dish that is perfect for some weekend indulgence. 

Italian Kulcha

Bringing together desi kulcha with Italian flavours, Chef Neha Deepak Shah shared an amazing recipe of Italian Kulcha. 

Ingredients

1 cup crumbled paneer 2 tbsp black olives 2 tbsp green olives Jalapenos Sun-dried tomatoes Mozzarella cheese Cheddar cheese Regular cheese Salt Pepper Chilli flakes Chopped coriander Baking powder Dahi Instant yeast Flour

Italian Kulcha Recipe

1. For the dough, mix together some flour, dahi, baking powder and instant yeast and keep it aside for proofing.

Bring Together The Filling 

2. For the filling, take one cup of crumbled paneer and add 2 tbsp each of black and green olives to it. 3. Next, add the olives and jalapenos.

Make It Cheesy!

4. For the cheesy flavour, add the three types of cheese to the mix along with some chopped coriander, salt, pepper, and chilli flakes. 

Follow These Steps

5. Preheat the oven. 6. Till then, punch down the dough and add the filling to it.

7. Seal the dough’s edges and roll it out like a stuffed paratha. 8. Top with some black and white sesame seeds and bake the kulcha in the oven till it becomes crispy. 

Top With Butter & Enjoy!

Take out your Italian kulcha from the oven, top it with lots of butter, and enjoy!
