400g of prawns Salt Red chilli powder - 1 tsp of red chilli powder Turmeric- 1/4th tsp of turmeric powder Coriander powder- 1 tsp of coriander powder Lemon juice Coconut oil Curry leaves 5-6 garlic cloves 2-3 green chillies 2 onions 1 tomato 1/2 tsp of chilli powder 1/4th tsp of turmeric powder Coriander leaves

Marinate the prawns with all the spice powders and lemon juice.

Then, heat coconut oil in a kadai and add the curry leaves. Add the marinated prawns and once cooked completely, keep them aside.

In the same pan, saute green chillies, chopped garlic and onion. Then, add the tomatoes and cook until mushy.

Add the spices to this mixture and mix well.

Finally, add the cooked prawns, give it a good mix and garnish with coriander leaves.
