Ingredients 

Steamed Sweet potatoes 2 nos 1 cup yogurt/ thick curd 1/3 cup chopped cucumber 1/3 cup chopped carrot 1/4 cup chopped onion Handful of coriander leaves Salt as per taste Oil to drizzle For dressing 1 tbsp curd 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp honey 3-4 mashed garlic 1 tsp sesame seeds 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves Pinch of salt.

Step 1 

First, boil the sweet potatoes and then peel and cut them into round shapes.

First, sprinkle a little oil on them and using a glass, flatten the sweet potato slices. Then, toast the potatoes in a pan or air fryer.

In a bowl, add curd, chopped veggies and salt and mix well.
