-Water chestnuts -Ghee -Jeera -Salt -Red chilli flakes -Pepper

Step 1 

First, boil the water chestnuts or pressure cook them for 2 whistles.

Then cool them and peel them.

Take a kadhai, and heat some ghee. Then, add jeera.
