Inside Rod Stewart’s house in Beverly Park — a ritzy $80 million manor with its own soccer field

has its own tiers, and perched atop them all sits Rod Stewart’s Beverly Park mansion.

Los Angeles’ luxury real estate market

The singer’s longtime home is one of the city’s most impressive trophy estates, and it’s once again up for grabs — this time, with an even bolder asking price.

The 3-acre property first hit the market back in June, when the Maggie May singer listed it for a whopping $70 million.

With no takers, the estate was taken off the market in November, only to resurface one month later with an even more ambitious asking price of $80 million.

And the rocker’s over-the-top mansion has plenty of attributes to justify the sky-high asking price, with location standing at the heart of it. Here are the highlights:

It's set in the prestigious North Beverly Park enclave, the ritziest, most expensive residential community in all of Los Angeles.

His A-list neighbors include Adele, Denzel Washington, Eddie Murphy, and Paris Hilton.

The palatial estate was designed by architect Richard Landry, known as "The Megamansion King"

2

For “Rod the Mod” Stewart, Landry delivered an English country-style estate that looks like it was plucked right out of Bridgerton.

It’s not just the exterior of the house that makes you feel like you’ve just stepped foot on the film set of a Regency-era series.

Stepping inside the main house, we’re immediately struck by the scale and beauty of the grand interiors.

Rod Stewart's house has an impressive total of 9 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, across 28,000 square feet

4

Amenities include a grand foyer, Great Room, regal formal library, private speakeasy, and a 60’ by 120’ fully lit soccer field

But there's also a 4,500-square-foot guest house with a full-size gym, an outdoor entertainment structure, and an expansive outdoor pool and spa on the grounds of the estate.
