Baker Shivesh Bhatia shared a recipe for Dry Fruit Milk Chia Pudding and it is the perfect festive dessert for all the health-conscious folks out there!
10 almonds 10 cashews 10 pistachios 5 dates, deseeded 1 + ½ cups milk Pinch of saffron ¼ tsp cardamom powder 3 tbsp chia seeds Silver leaf Dried rose petals
1. Add a pinch of saffron to hot milk and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes. 2. Now, take all the nuts and dates in a bowl and pour the hot milk over them.
3. Add cardamom powder to it and let it sit for a few minutes to soften the ingredients. 4. Transfer it to a blender and mix it.
5. Pour the dry fruit milk into a bowl. 6. Add in the chia seeds and give it a good mix.
7. Refrigerate it for 3-4 hours till the mixture thickens. 8. Serving in dishes, garnish with silver leaf and dried rose petals.
