- 1/3 cup ragi /finger millet/ nachni flour - 2 to 3 tbsp rice flour - 1/4 cup yogurt - 1 and 1/2 cup water - 1 tbsp oil or ghee - 1/2 tsp mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp cumin seeds - pinch of hing - green chilli - curry leaves - coriander leaves

Mix ragi flour, rice flour, salt, and yoghurt in a bowl. Alternatively, you can use buttermilk instead of yoghurt.

Prepare a tadka by heating oil and adding mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chillies, and curry leaves.
