-1 cup of quinoa -½ cup of dark chocolate - 2 tbsp of melted peanut butter (or any nut butter) -Assorted nuts and seeds

First, rinse and dry the quinoa. Then, pop it into a hot pan.

Then, melt the dark chocolate and combine with the peanut butter.

Mix the popped quinoa into the chocolate-peanut butter mixture.

Then, pour this into the moulds and garnish with dried fruits and nuts.
