Donald Trump Jr. and his father joined Elon Musk in Texas to witness SpaceX’s Starship rocket launch on Tuesday. Following the event, a video surfaced showing Trump Jr. taking something from his pocket and rubbing it on his gums, sparking speculation of drug use on social media.
“Have a coke and a smile,” one person wrote on X.
Another commented, “We all know what happened, Don jr doesn’t fool anyone but himself if he thinks otherwise, he’s a coke head.”
A third person wrote, “Must be a real habit when you can’t stand in public for an hour with some coke. Notice he made sure daddy didn’t see it.”
Another user wrote, “The troubling thing is it appears Don Jr. has replaced Jared kushner as a top T advisor. At least (as suspect as he was) Jared had a brain. Looks like Donny has an addiction issue too.”
“Got coke on his finger and rubbed on his gums. That’s serious addiction stuff. And people aren’t talking about it enough..” another user commented.
Trump Jr. previously denied cocaine use during last year’s far-right Turning Point Action Conference, which was held right after the Secret Service closed an investigation into the discovery of cocaine in the White House.
“My guys who I stayed in touch with — many of them just dear friends — they’re like, ‘Hey dude, there’s no way you would’ve gotten away with that,'” he told the crowd. “I go, ‘I know!’ Luckily, I don’t snort, er, cocaine! It’s just not my thing.”
