If you’ve ever wondered what happens when Bruce Wayne ditches Gotham’s gloom for a little bling, the answer lies in this jaw-dropping Batmobile creation from Instagram user @412donklife – which has Batman driving a car with 24K gold wheels.
Over the years, we’ve seen a variety of Batmobiles, each with its own unique charm, from Adam West’s campy Ford Lincoln Futura concept car to Christian Bale’s imposing Tumbler and even Robert Pattinson’s Frankenstein-esque muscle car. But none of these, iconic as they are, can hold a candle to Rashad Harper’s extraordinary concept build. With its unmistakable street swag, this Batmobile shows off Bruce Wayne’s wealth and style in a new light. And no, you’re not hallucinating; those are, in fact, 24-karat gold Dayton wire wheels gleaming at the sides.

A Closer Look At Rashad Harper’s Batmobile
Harper’s take on the Caped Crusader’s crime-fighting ride is a loving homage to Tim Burton’s 1989 vehicle. For those who might not be aware, the sleek vehicle that Michael Keaton’s Batman drove was built on a modified 1967 Chevy Impala chassis and featured a V8 Chevrolet engine, 1989 Honda Civic headlights, Ferrari 308 and Ferrari Dyno 246 taillights, and an aircraft-style cockpit.
Harper, however, went beyond the standard design by adding gold accents throughout the exterior, from the cockpit trim to the exhaust tips—and the most striking feature of all, the 24K gold Dayton wire wheels. On top of that, the matte black paint on the upper is replaced with a glossy, deep black finish that offers a mirror-like reflection.
So yes, this isn’t your typical Batmobile. Gone is the stealthy, utilitarian design made for chasing down the Joker. But when you can have luxury and style, who needs stealth? This upgraded Batmobile is definitely one of the finer takes we’ve seen of the iconic vehicle. You can check out Harper’s cinematic tour of the vehicle in the video below.
Tell us, do you think this modernized version of Batman’s Batmobile with 24k gold wheels is too much? Or is it just what Batman needs in 2025?
