Redstone Federal Credit Union has released a statement regarding walmart.com unauthorized account transactions.
Redstone says some members may notice fraudulent walmart.com charges pending on their accounts, but they will work with members to make sure they get their money back.
Here is the full statement from the credit union:
“Walmart.com and Redstone Federal Credit Union are aware some members may have fraudulent Walmart.com charges pending on their accounts. Walmart.com is taking action to reverse any charges they believe are fraudulent.
“Redstone asks members to please wait to dispute the pending transaction until it fully posts to your account. Once it posts, Redstone will work with those members to refund their money.
“We do recommend you close any card with unauthorized transactions and request a new card through online banking, by calling us, or visiting a branch.”
