WWE ranks John Cena turning on Cody Rhodes as the best heel turn in company history.
At Elimination Chamber, John Cena shocked the wrestling world by turning heel on WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and siding with The Rock, who had asked Rhodes to give him his soul.
Cena turning heel has been a topic of speculation for many years among fans, as many have felt that it could create an exciting new chapter for his perpetual babyface character. For decades Cena was WWE’s superhero, fighting for justice, loyalty and respect. However, as his career comes to a close he has joined forces with The Final Boss to ensure his record-breaking 17th World Championship run happens at WrestleMania 41.
