If the Cowboys win, itll tell me two things.
One, the Eagles’ offensive concerns, the concerns I have with their offense Are real, because that means theyre not able to go toe to toe with the Dallas Cowboys Offense.
That means the Eagles’ defense isn’t good.
Enough week-over-week growth to allow the offense to score 10 to 13 to 16 points.
The defense isnt good enough to overcome the offense.
That struggles to score.
It means the Eagles’ offensive play calling that I have, We have all critiqued all season long.
Like those are real, true concerns about an Eagles’ offensive identity that feels like a Question mark week over week.

So, one: itll tell me that the Eagles offensive concerns are real.
And they could show themselves in playoffs against, you know, A more high-octane offense, like we have in the Dallas Cowboys.
The second thing that it’ll show me is maybe, like just maybe, The Cowboys could seriously go on a run to make the postseason.
Like, maybejust maybe.
You look at the Cowboys upcoming schedule, and they have the Eagles, The Chiefs, the Lions.
That’s an insane run over the next couple.
Weeks.
So if they’re able to beat the Eagles, Then I could talk myself into the Cowboys winning a game, either against the Chiefs or Lions.

Like they could win two of those next three, And they get the Vikings, the Chargers, Commanders, and the Giants.
If the Cowboys can beat the Eagles and one of the Chiefs or the Lions, They can win out in that last four game stretch.
And I think that’s what the Cowboys are going What we have to do to make the playoffs is win, what is that?
6 of their next 7?
So if they beat the Eagles, they’re on the right track to do so.
Now, I think that would be very lofty.
I think that is overly ambitious, but I could start to talk myself into that path The Cowboys have to find themselves in the postseason.
