Thank you very much. And again, Mark Chalmers, I’m President and CEO of Energy Fuels, and thank you for joining this conference call today. And I can say with absolute confidence that momentum is growing for our company quicker than ever before.

On three fronts, uranium production ramp up, three mines are operating, more are planned, rare earths. We’ve achieved commercial separation in our Phase 1 plant and our expansion projects are advancing, the Heavy Mineral Sands and the closing of Base Resources on October 2nd, the moving forward of the Donald Joint Venture FID decision and expiration at Bahia. And on top of that, we have the isotopes.

But so it really is an exciting time for Energy Fuels. And I will go through a presentation as I normally do on the progress in more detail shortly. The conference call
