Most Americans, and indeed people around the world, are currently absorbing the news of Donald Trump’s stunning presidential victory and reflecting on the implications it may have on them and their families over the next four years. Kim Kardashian, meanwhile, is promoting her son’s Fortnite channel.
On Wednesday morning, a post to Kardashian’s 360 million Instagram followers promoted her eight-year-old son Saint West’s “Fortnite channel on YouTube,” with the promise that “he will pick the best players to be in his clan.” Based on the post’s grammatical errors, it certainly seems like Saint may have swiped his mom’s phone when she wasn’t looking and made it without her knowledge.
Either way, the timing of the post is impeccable, and the comment’s section is a mix of jokes (“Saint give your mother her phone back,” “saint is this you???”), annoyance (“read the room, kimberly,” “More important shit going on kimmy,”), and delusion (“This is sweet Kim I hope he gains tons of safe and loving subscribers and repels the ones full of malice & hate”).
