Metallica and the American Red Cross are partnering to host blood drives in select US cities along the band’s upcoming 2025 “M72” tour.
A limited-edition T-shirt will be given to all those who give blood in the select cities along the tour route (see below), with some drives happening inside the concert venues themselves.

Donors of all blood types can make an appointment via a special Metallica page on the Red Cross website. Individuals who are 17 years of age in most states (16 with parental consent where allowed by state law), weigh at least 110 pounds, and are in generally good health may be eligible to donate blood.
