Why we’ve changed our logo
Updating our logo from Fine Living to Fine Living London has several purposes.
Our team are London property specialists. We spend a lot of time staying updated with the latest local market data – studying London trends, migration patterns, local borough updates and new development news.
Similarly, we are a London-based business. We don’t plan to expand beyond London or stretch our resources to cover areas beyond the capital.
It’s a commitment to our clients – by focusing entirely on London, we can spend more time providing a dedicated service.
For anyone seeking an estate agent, hopefully our new logo provides some extra clarity. For all property sales, purchases, lettings and management in London, we are the experts.
It also means our brand better reflects the beautiful, luxury properties in our portfolio.

We are not changing our business or operating name, we’re only updating our logo from Fine Living to Fine Living London.
