At Saturday Night’s Main Event, Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes will once again go to war with the vicious Drew McIntyre.
McIntyre injured Rhodes when he blasted the titleholder with a vicious Claymore Kick that drove the champion’s head through the announce table. Rhodes, however, returned on the Sept. 12 edition of SmackDown and attacked McIntyre.
Rhodes retained his title against McIntyre at Wrestlepalooza after the official got in the way of The Scottish Psychopath’s attack.
Refusing to be denied, McIntyre overcame Jacob Fatu to once again become No. 1 Contender to the Undisputed WWE Title.
Just one night before Saturday Night’s Main Event, McIntyre demanded that should Rhodes be disqualified or counted out, The American Nightmare would lose the title, increasing the stakes for their match.
Who will emerge from the highly-personal showdown with the gold? Find out when Saturday Night’s Main Event streams LIVE on Saturday, Nov. 1 at 7e/4p on Peacock in the United States and on Youtube internationally.
