BENGALURU, 30thSeptember 2026: Prodoc AI, a Bengaluru-based healthcare AI company, has raised an undisclosed amount in a seed funding round led by Dr A. Velumani Family Office. The round also saw participation from Dr. Kunal Shet, and Parth D. Bhasin. Both Dr. Shet and Mr. Bhasin participated in the investment round as existing users of the platform.
Hospitals currently utilise multiple independent systems across departments, including HIS, EMR, CRM, billing, telephony, and diagnostics. Prodoc AI addresses this fragmentation by building a Patient Journey OS that connects these isolated communication channels. The software creates an intelligence layer across existing technology to manage patient context and coordinate actions without requiring hospitals to replace their current infrastructure.
The platform handles workflows related to patient acquisition, appointment conversion, OPD intelligence, care coordination, follow-ups, partner and referral management, Voice AI, and general hospital operations. Prodoc AI currently operates in over 100 hospitals, processes more than one million patient engagements monthly, and supports over 50 software integrations.
Driving this operational scale is a leadership team headed by Co-Founder and CEO Asit Kumar Vidyarthi and Co-Founder and COO Raghuvamshi Thakur. The company is further supported by prominent healthcare industry figures, including Dr A. Velumani, former HCG CEO Raj Gore, and former Columbia Asia Group CEO Dr Nandakumar Jairam.

The company plans to use the newly raised capital to advance its Agentic AI capabilities, increase the number of available system integrations, and build AI agents designed to support complex hospital workflows across care coordination, patient engagement, operations, and revenue processes.
