ShopOS is an artificial intelligence startup based in Bengaluru. ShopOS is supported by Binny Bansal‘s 3STATE Ventures. Binny Bansal is the co-founder of Flipkart. ShopOS has officially launched Sloosh. Sloosh is a novel self-service tool that brings basic ideas, photos, and videos to life with beautifully tailored images, visual scenes, social media reels, and creator-style clips. It uses the sophisticated image and video orchestration system familiar to ShopOS and used to create marketing assets for enterprise brands in retail, fashion, and direct-to-consumer across India, the U.A.E., and the United States. The company is bringing its proven creative engine to the attention of the teams at creative agencies, in-house brand marketing departments, startup founders, small business owners, video editors, photographers, filmmakers, and every individual creator by introducing the startup’s new product, Sloosh.
Core architecture and primary operations
ShopOS is a managed service business where AI-created content is reviewed and improved by an in-house team, while Sloosh exists as a self-service platform for users who are unable to market or afford a managed service. The platform brings 28 third-party image and video AI models under one roof. It also has models like Nano Banana, GPT Image, FLUX, Seedance, and Kling.
Users can create content along four paths: through a conversational chat interface that allows typing ideas, or using a set of pre-made workflows that are included as a bundle and are called Spaces, or building a new workflow directly on the visual canvas Spacelab, or with a team of creatives from ShopOS.
Users can group prompts, models, and settings to use the same prompts so that they can duplicate tasks at scale; the platform comes pre-built with over 200 Spaces for product photography, advertising, fashion, and more, plus there’s batch mode that can create hundreds of visual assets at once.
Integration ecosystem and growth targets
Sloosh features Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration so that users can seamlessly interact with AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Cursor within their preferred applications. The startup is rolling out a special innovation based on the Adobe After Effects platform as well, with preparations for extra software integrations to come. The platform is flexible, it follows the subscription model of credit.
The $19 monthly Creator plan ($204 annually) is equivalent to $17 per month and provides 195 monthly credits. Discounted monthly rates are offered for the annual billing cycles, with a Pro plan priced at $49 per seat per month and a Max plan priced at $99 per seat per month with 1,135 credits.
ShopOS was founded in 2025 by Sai Krishna V K and Ajay P V, who earlier ran an artificial intelligence and augmented reality enterprise platform named Scapic, acquired by Flipkart in 2020, and Flipkart Labs, the deeptech division of the e-commerce giant. The founding team also includes former Flipkart executive Karan Sonawala.
The company raised $20 million in a financing round led by 3STATE Ventures in June, 2025. While the company was originally founded as an artificial intelligence native operating system for e-commerce, ShopOS has now been developed into an artificial intelligence creative agency that deals with catalog creation, campaigns, films, performance advertisements, search optimization, and storefront management.
ShopOS currently manages about 30-40 brands across India and select customers across the US, and has managed to sign US contracts worth in the vicinity of $500,000. The company boasts that solutions partner programmes with well-known names such as Van Heusen cut production budgets for clients by almost 90%. On the horizon, ShopOS plans to grow its enterprise client roster to over 100 brands in India and 40-50 brands in the US in the year ahead.
Conclusion
Sloosh represents a significant strategic move for ShopOS, introducing enterprise-class artificial intelligence generation tools directly to creators, small businesses, and individual filmmakers. The platform is designed to make 200 pre-built Spaces and integrations with third-party applications accessible for anyone, offering clear, transparent credit plans to bridge the gap between high-end digital production and everyday creators. Supported by industry leaders from the e-commerce and deep tech space, a well-knit agency team, and 3STATE Ventures, ShopOS is scaling aggressively in the market and is setting a benchmark for creating digital content and commercial assets at scale.
