The impact of structured business coaching has been placed firmly in the spotlight at the BizX Awards 2026, where businesses working with UK Midlands coach Anu Khanna secured two category victories and saw a further 11 clients recognised as finalists.
ACT, under the direction of John Courtenay, was crowned Best Import-Export Company of the Year, whilst The Buddy Bag Foundation, led by Karen Williams, was presented with the Not-for-profit Business of the Year award. Anu Khanna has provided coaching to both organisations over a number of years, supporting their growth and development throughout that time.
The awards evening also brought recognition for the coaching professionals behind these results. Both Principal Coach Anu Khanna and fellow coach Harneet Kaur received individual honours, putting the relationship between coaching excellence and business achievement at the very centre of the evening’s narrative.
Three separate awards were presented to Anu Khanna: Best Client Results 2026, Executive Partner of the Year 2026, and the ActionHERO Award. Together, these reflect the breadth and consistency of her contribution to the growth and performance of the businesses in her care. Harneet Kaur was recognised as Growth Partner of the Year 2026, reinforcing the wider message that a structured, disciplined approach to coaching produces business results of genuine and lasting significance.
Bringing together outstanding entrepreneurs and business professionals from across the UK, the BizX Awards programme celebrates achievement in growth, leadership and the effective running of businesses. The results that Anu and her clients achieved in 2026 are notable not simply for the number of awards involved, but for what they reveal about the kind of consistent, repeatable performance that structured coaching makes possible.
One of the most important things that good coaching does is shift the way business owners think and operate. Rather than being driven by instinct or pulled along by the demands of the moment, coached business owners develop the clarity to identify what truly matters and the discipline to focus on it. They become less reactive and more intentional, and their businesses reflect that change.
Anu Khanna’s approach to coaching builds accountability into the fabric of the businesses she works with. It refines how decisions are made, brings structure to planning and execution, and ensures that the work of improving the business actually gets done. Businesses begin to move forward with purpose, rather than simply staying busy.
The businesses in her portfolio have felt the difference in concrete and practical ways. Sales activity becomes more focused and more productive. Teams develop a greater sense of ownership over their work and its outcomes. Processes and systems become clear enough that the business can perform consistently without requiring the owner to be involved in every aspect of its operation. The result is a business with genuine resilience and the capacity to sustain its own growth.
Across the businesses Anu coaches, this is not an occasional outcome. It is the norm. It is what structured coaching, applied with consistency and commitment, continues to produce.
